Firefox crashes caused by enabled content compression

Summary

Mozilla Firefox crashes on the action „ Compare contents „ with a Microsoft Windows web server because content compression is activated. One possible reason is that content compression has been enabled during app.strudl Software-Telemetry server setup. In Microsoft Windows Server 2003, this setting is global, which means that Fabasoft Folio also tries to use this feature.

Solution

So if Fabasoft Folio and the app.strudl Software-Telemetry server application are running on the same server content compression has to be disabled, to ensure that both products work properly.
