First request takes longer than usual

Summary
This article describes possible reasons for the first request to the Fabasoft eGov-Suite or Fabasoft Folio is taking longer that usual.
Information
The most common reasons for the first request taking longer are:
- Invalid addresses of Fabasoft Mindbreeze or Fabasoft app.telemetry servers configured in the configuration objects located in the Fabasoft eGov-Suite / Fabasoft Folio.
- The target server URL contained in those configuration objects can not be reached due to the servers being offline.
Solution
First of all check whether the Fabasoft Mindbreeze Server as well as the Fabasoft app.telemetry server are available.
If they are the corresponding configuration objects must be checked.
Checking the Fabasoft app.telemetry Configuration:
- Move to current domain object
- Open the tab "System Configuration" and scroll down to the end of this tab.
- Check the value of the option "Fabasoft app.telemetry Webserver URL".
Checking the Fabasoft Mindbreeze Configuration:
- Move to current domain object
- Open the tab "Components Configuration".
- Open the Mindbreeze configuration object.
- At the end of the tab "Mindbreeze Cofiguration" there is the option "Web Client Service URL" which has to be checked.
