Expiration of Mindbreeze Integration Certificate in 2026

Summary

For technical reasons the Mindbreeze Integration in Fabasoft Folio needs to ship a certificate for authentication of Mindbreeze services, this verification certificate will expire on the 31st of January 2026 and must be replaced with a newer certificate to guarantee the full functionality of the Mindbreeze Integration.

Information

All Fabasoft Folio and Fabasoft eGov-Suite releases that have been shipped as of the publication of this article include the expiring verification certificate and must deploy a hotfix to replace it with a newer certificate with a later expiration date.

Solution

Please contact Fabasoft Support regarding the delivery of a hotfix for your currently installed version that includes the newer certificate.

This hotfix can then be deployed centrally via a one-time update installation with the installation kit setup after the hotfix has been applied to the installation kit, as described in the included instructions.

Afterwards as long as the Web- and AT-services are restarted at least once before the expiration of the old certificate, on the 31st of January 2026, the deployment of the new certificate will happen at the first boot of the service after the installation of the hotfix.
