The publishing of metadata and documents has been enhanced and now displays the exact metadata and documents one last time before publication

Metadata: The raw metadata sent to the server is displayed in an aggregate list. This display was deliberately chosen to ensure full accessibility

Documents: All published documents are displayed once again in a document list. This was already the case when accessing the feature via the menu and has now been added to the workflow as well

If a webservice, defined in the property “Webservice to Publish Information” (SOLEGOVCOREIFG@111.100:ifgpublishingaction), is used to publish information, this must be implemented as an Application in order to display the dialog. If it remains implemented as an Action, no GUI will be displayed. To display the metadata via the dialog, the action “SOLEGOVCOREIFG@111.100:ShowIFGDataBeforePublish can be used

(Edition AUT)

eGov19174

On the “IFG” tab of the File, the new property “Selected Documents for the IFG Publication” (SOLEGOVCOREIFG@111.100:ifgselecteddocumentforpublish) is displayed. This lists all documents that have been selected for publication (Edition AUT)

eGov19175

The steps “Redact Documents” (Activity: " IFG - Prepare Publishing”) and ”Check Redactions“ (Activity: ” IFG - Approve Publishing “) now use the JSTreeCtrl (”tree control") to display the selectable content. If a document is selected and you click “Next,” you can create new redactions, edit existing redactions, rename or delete them. If a redaction is selected and you click “Next,” you are taken directly to the redaction editing screen (only Edition AUT)

The two menu items “Rename redacted Document” and “Delete redacted document” in the context menu of a document under “Redaction” have been moved to the Redaction dialog. There, these actions are available as buttons next to “Cancel” and “Create new redacted Document” This makes it possible to rename and delete redactions even if the Redaction dialog is opened via a method other than the context menu (such as through a step in an activity)

eGov19273

A bug in the IFG automated testing process has been fixed (Edition CCA, Edition AUT)

eGov19170

The JSTreeCtrl (“tree control”) (Note: Not the tree view), which is used in certain use cases to select elements, has been enhanced with the following feature: Nodes that represent objects can now display a button between the icon and the object's title, which can be used to open a preview of the object

eGov19278

The external library org.apache.cxf:cxf-core has been updated to version 4.2.3 (Edition DEU)

eGov19291

For the activity definition “IFG - Approve Publishing” during the steps “Complete Preparation” and “Execute Publishing” respectively, the system checks, depending on the property “Force document selection when publishing” in the IFG Configuration, whether documents have been selected. If the property is set to “Yes” and no documents have been selected, an error message is displayed (Edition AUT)

To do this, the “ACL for Collaboration” (FSCFOLIOACL@1.1001:CollaborationACL) was extended with a domain-specific line

Migration Note:

For migration in the Government Cloud, the function CCAPRECONFIG@15.1001:MigrateDefaultACLObjects was made available. A domain must be passed as a parameter here

(Edition CCA, Edition AUT, Edition DEU)
