The logic for calculating Fileplans for the Widget “Fileplans” has been adjusted. Effective immediately, Fileplans configured in the User Environment will also be taken into account if the User is using an object of the class “Shelf” (COOSYSTEM@1.1:RootObject) as their desk. Previously, Fileplans were returned only if the desk was an object of the class “Government Desk” (COOELAK@1.1001:GovDesk)

Metadata extraction for Teamrooms via the Inbox Classification feature of the Teamroom has been enabled. To achieve this, the following attributes had to be displayed on the form:

Incoming Category for Registration (FSCFOLIO@1.1001:categoryregcategory)
AI description (FSCBASEAI@1.1001:aidescription)

These enhancements were implemented to enable low-threshold metadata extraction via the context menu “Register as” on a Document in a Teamroom. In the context of Definitions, the property “Incoming Category for Registration” (FSCFOLIO@1.1001:categoryregcategory) has no function

In Domain and Tenant, you can use the property “XJustiz Version” (FSCGOVXMLDE@1.1001:xjustizversion) on the tab "eGov-Suite" to specify which XJustiz version should be used to generate XJustiz documents

The available versions are determined directly from the configured SPA DTS container. Only the XJustiz versions supported by the container are offered for selection. Additionally, the property “Use latest XJustiz version” is available. If this is enabled, the most recent XJustiz version supported by the container is used automatically

Note: If a version that is no longer supported is used, a corresponding error message will appear when creating XJustiz documents
